Fun New Apps Pre-Loaded in the iPhone 6s

I recently purchased the new iPhone 6s with 64GB memory and I was amazed by all of the new apps that are already pre-installed on my device, including Pages, Keynote, Numbers, iTunes U, and GarageBand.  I was unfamiliar with these apps so I thought I would do my due diligence and try and figure these out.

Pages is a word processing application that allows you to create written word documents.  They offer pre-made templates and blank documents.  You can choose to change and modify the templates, from layout, font size, font color, and text design.

Keynote is an amazing product now on the iPhone 6s that allows the user to create magical slide show presentations.  The quality of the transitions from slide to slide is like no other product out there.  The pre-made templates come in a variety of styles and themes. Some are plain with minimal color and spunk, another are filed with graphics, unique design elements and stock photos.

Numbers is a wonderful new app on the iPhone 6s that can help you with your personal finance, calendar, schedules, business, invoices, educational materials for teachers and correlation projects.

iTunes U is fun new app that has lessons and courses for many areas of interest.  It can help someone teach right on the iPhone and develop a course electronically.  This app can provide lesson plans and ideas for learning beyond the campus classroom. There are learning resources for educators, school leadership, formulating assessments/plans, and tutorials and apps to download for classroom use. Some of my favorite features are the language courses and literature review courses.

GarageBand, although previously only available on a MacBook, is now one of the newest apps that come with the iPhone 6s.  With GarageBand you can create music loops and effects using live loop guide.  You can play an onscreen keyboard with piano, organ, and synth sounds.  Use the drums to create a beat and plug in your guitar and paly through a classic amps and stomp boxes.  The microphone with record your voice and any sound, the sampler will record a sound and then play it with the onscreen music keyboard.  Smart Drums are to be placed on the sound grid to create beats and add to your song you are crating.  Along with Smart Drums there is Smart Strings, Smart Bass, Smart Keyboard, and Smart Guitar.  One of the best features is the Drummer!
